Everything you need to know before booking your chalet.
Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. If you arrive later, please let us know in advance; early check-in is possible upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee. Check-out is before 11:00 AM; late check-out can be arranged subject to availability, also for an additional fee.
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund the full amount paid. Less than 30 days, specific conditions may apply depending on the reserved period.
During high season periods (school holidays, Christmas, New Year), we reserve the right to apply stricter cancellation conditions, specified at the time of booking.
Absolutely! You can choose your chalet directly when booking online, subject to availability. If you have a particular preference, feel free to let us know by email or phone, and we will do our best to accommodate it.
Our prices vary according to the season and the day of the week. By booking directly on our site, you benefit from the best price guarantee, with no intermediary commission. Contact us to receive an accurate quote based on your stay dates.
For the Anzère resort (municipalities of Ayent and Arbaz), the tourist tax applied to tourist accommodations (rentals, camping, etc.) is:
- CHF 5.50 per night per adult
- CHF 2.75 per night per child (6 to 16 years)
Children under 6 years are exempt.
Two parking spaces are provided free of charge in front of your chalet.
In winter, remember to equip your vehicle with suitable tires: access to the chalets may be snowy.
Your dogs are welcome in our chalets, for an additional fee of 15 CHF per day per animal. Please inform us when making your reservation; beds and bowls for dogs are available upon request.
A baby bed or a high chair can be made available upon request, subject to availability: please let us know before your arrival.
The Chalets d'Anzère are served by postal buses, a practical alternative to reach the village and the station. The stops are located in immediate proximity to the chalets, with regular connections to Sion and the surrounding localities: Fortunau (Ayent) and Les Flans.
